About Keystone

We are not consultants who learned about business.
We are operators who built it.

Built across multiple industries. AI applied to every business we run before we advised anyone else to do it. That is the only reason Keystone exists.

The Partners

Operators first. Advisors second.

The partners behind Keystone are business owners. Plural. Across waste management, financial services, healthcare, construction and professional services. Every one of those businesses built from the ground up by people who were responsible for revenue, margin, operations, and people, simultaneously, with real consequences.

The AI work that came out of running those businesses was not an experiment. It was a necessity. When you have a 30-person operation losing hours every week to manual processes that should be automatic, you don't call a consultant. You fix it yourself.

That experience (knowing exactly where the pain is, what it costs, and what a working solution looks like) is what Keystone brings to every engagement. Not theory applied to your business. Pattern recognition from having lived it in ours.

"Every operational problem we've seen in a client business, we've dealt with in our own. We're not guessing at the solution, we've already built it."
  • Businesses operated across waste management, finance, healthcare, construction and professional services.
  • AI built internally across every one of them before a single external engagement.
  • Specialism: identifying the highest-ROI workflow to fix first, and building it right.
  • Founders running businesses today, not retired operators advising from the outside.

Jamie Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Jamie holds a BSc in Economics & Political Science and an MSc in International Business & Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He trained as a Chartered Accountant at EY in Dublin before joining a private family office.

As CFO of Kollect on Demand, he led the company's IPO on the Nasdaq First North exchange in Stockholm, ahead of its acquisition by an Irish private equity firm. It is exactly the kind of operational and financial pressure that Keystone's work is built to take off a founder's plate.

Since founding Keystone Intelligence, Jamie has built the firm's methodology and technical capability from the ground up, working hands-on with AI platforms and automation tooling, and keeping every engagement grounded in a client-first approach. He leads the firm alongside its wider partner group.

Built Before Recommended

The AI we built where we live.

Before any of it was offered to a client, AI was deployed into every business we run. Email triage agents that give back hours a week. WIP-to-invoice automation. Invoice reconciliation working across Salesforce and Xero. A nine-agent operations hub running a 30-vehicle waste business end to end.

Every one of those systems is live in a business a Keystone partner operates today. They handle real money, real customers, and real consequences. They work. The numbers prove it. That's the only reason we sell them.

And because the partners run the financial side of the business as well as the operational side, every workflow Keystone scopes has a payback case attached. If the numbers don't work, we don't build it. Cost clarity isn't a marketing position. It's the standard we hold ourselves to in our own businesses.

"Every workflow we recommend has a financial case attached. If we can't quantify the return, we don't recommend it."
  • Live agents running in production: triage, reconciliation, WIP-to-invoice, balance sheet close.
  • Operations hub model: one core platform, many agents, compounding economies of scale.
  • All Keystone engagements are fixed price with clearly defined deliverables.
  • Payback calculations agreed before any build is approved.
Why Keystone

The things that make the difference.

We've sat where you're sitting.

The partners run businesses. They know what it feels like to be responsible for the numbers, for the team, for the decisions. They don't lecture from the outside. They advise from shared experience.

We start with the highest-impact problem.

Not a comprehensive AI strategy. Not a three-year roadmap. The one workflow that, fixed properly, has the most immediate effect on revenue or margin. Start there. Measure it. Build from there.

We are honest about fit.

Not every business is ready for AI. Not every AI project will pay back. If we don't think the engagement will deliver clear, measurable value in the first quarter, we say so on the first call, before any money changes hands.

Fixed price. Fixed scope. No surprises.

Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts. You know exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and when it will be done. No retainers, no scope creep, no six-month consultancy cycles.

Four steps. Stop at any one.

A 20-minute call. A €1,000 written report you can act on. A fixed-price workflow build. Continued development at a per-app rate that drops as the platform compounds. You only continue when the value is clear. No retainers, no surprises.

We build. We don't just advise.

A Keystone engagement ends with working software in your business, not a report, not a deck, not a set of recommendations. Something running. Something measurable. Something the team uses every day.

One Call. No Obligation.

Let's see if we're the right fit.

Twenty minutes. We'll map what AI can do for your specific business. If there's a clear opportunity, we'll tell you exactly what we'd build and what it costs. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
